If anybody is interested Thingverse seems to have a lot of these in a number of scales.

all are 15mm or 28mm, me i'm 1/144 so not for me but some look quite good.

The files on Thingiverse can be rescaled for printing in 1/144/

Poster 50, It's not that simple, most printers have a minimum size limit. Typically tracks when scaled down for instance become too thin to be practical as do gun barrels . Artistically surface detail needs to be about 0,3 mm above or below the general surface its on, regardless of scale. So scaling down can make it too shallow to be useful.
It is possible to scale up but for the same reason the detail looks excessive and clumsy.
Changing the fine detail particularly on an ST file which is a mesh is really not a simple job and drawing from scratch is easier.
