Does anyone have a good idea about 15mm miniatures that would be a good proxy for these forces? They all use Canadian weapons, sort of, that look a lot like M16s (they are an Colt C7s).

Would Rebel Minis US work?

Norwegian special forces used Diamaco C8. Now they use a mix of C8s and HK416. The norwegian C8 was the so called SFW (special forces weapon)
It had a 16" barrel with a noticeable bump on it (airsofters spent a lot of time and money making their weapons look like the SFW) but i guess that is null and void in 15mm.

Really you can use any American troops for norweians. Just use norwegian cammo or if doing special forces. They use multicam and will look indistinguishable from American special forces.

Any nation using the US Kevlar helmet and M16s can easily be proxied with US troops.

QRF made a nice batch of US troops circa 2009, for troops using the shorter M4.

And I think QRF has made a set of 'Eastern NATO troops' with US Kevlar helmets and AKs.

I think you'd need to use Khurasan's DEVGRU minis for that helmet that doesn't cover the ears.
