Laserline Design on Ebay. They used to be Hurlbat and had a web page, but changed their name and are only available from Ebay. If you don't see what you want send them an ebay message, they're quite amenable.

IIRC GHQ sells their blades separately to allow you to "update" their older releases. See here; link
