Interesting one was killed Sept. 25 1945. Maybe by a holdout? Though westerners were killed in Vietnam around that time by mobs and a member of the OSS was killed on the 26th while searching for missing pilots. |

And the Navajos weren't the only code talkers. The Hopi and I believe the Comanches (I know they provided code talkers during WWI) also provided code talkers. |
