Here's one out of left field…..

Does anyone know what pattern of mobile forge was used by the farriers in the Bavarian Army of 1809 and the Netherlands Army of 1815?. I suspect that the latter used the French pattern, but someone might know for sure.

Since the Dutch used French artillery equipment, it is reasonable to assume that included the field forge.

Not sure about the Bavarians. Probably something got up by Baron Rumford.
