Well the riders and horses are seperate, i have regular white glue(pva) and gel control superglue. These are metal. Superglue to attach?

Any experience with these?

I use superglue gel to glue 15mm riders to horses.

For 15mm I've had good results with either superglue gels or a drop of 5- min. epoxy.

I use Aleene's Fast Grab Tacky Glue to attach horse and rider before spray priming 10mm OG cavalry. Its basically a really thick PVA glue. It's strong enough for the job and has more elasticity than super glue. I tend to use a generous amount so it acts as a filler between horse and rider. The primer adds a little more strength to the bond. So far this method has stood up to normal wear and tear as well as a few falls from table height

I use E-6000 when I glue them to metal bases.
