Does anyone know the name of the artist who produced a series of prints about Dutch soldiers an example of which is here?

I am not sure, but this has a similar style to the military costumes done by Jean-Baptiste Madou, He was commissioned by Willem van Bylandt to do a series illustrating the uniforms of 1820 – 1825 campaign.

The style looks similar but I do not think it is the same artist.
