Get the osprey book "modern African wars 4" "the Congo 1960-2002. Great series. You can get it from osprey as a pdf, no waiting for your reference material. |

don;t remember them having Paratroopers…belgian paras were used in the Stanleyville rescue.Maybe they had troops called Para,,but your right never saw pictures of them…well i just looked it up ..yes they had independnt Para-commandoe units ..they wore US helmet liners and Belgian Para smocks…huh..found it in the Osprey book. |
