I have started a new Facebook group to discuss tables of unit organization and equipment. Not merely listing lists of how many tanks in a platoon, but also a discussion of how and why these units were organized that way. Why a five tank platoon or a three tank platoon instead of a four tank platoon, for example.

Its a new group with only a few members, but come join us!

Not to try to steal members, but there's a TO&E Yahoogroup with all sorts of resources. Good for you to mine for data.

Facebook? No thanks.

Must admit I'd likely pop my head in, if it weren't on FB. I'm not on there and prefer not to be. I don't know if there are any other 'platforms' that could host a group in similar fashion.

I was on the T/O&E yahoo group a few times, the owner, Thomas, used to post here a bit too. I haven't been on there for a long time, so don't know what their resources are like these days.

Sorry. Nice idea but this rabbit avoids FB and all other similar sites. Value my time without the cell phone junkie habit.
