I played the first installment of my solo "Five Bandits In Manchuria" yesterday, and it turned out to be the fastest FiveCore game I've ever played. So instead of doing an AAR, here are the "before turn 1" and "after turn 3 when the game was over" pictures.

This is it. This is what six months of research and four months of building on and off have created. I couldn't even fit all the scatter terrain on the board. Between this and the ruins, I can probably fill a 4'x4' area…

Very cool, I hope you release the rules, they sound very interesting and I do like 5core style rules.

"Five Bandits In Manchuria" is just "Five Men In Normandy" using the Partisan rules for the bandits. I spoke with the Rulesgiver and we cobbled together some rules for Japanese infantry, but otherwise it plays as written. More than anything else, it was a matter of creating an authentic Manchukuo set of terrain :)

Game has a great look to it. Where did you obtain the buildings from?

Was that game based on "Kung Pow: Enter The Fist" (2002)? If so, the bandits are in trouble. :)

PS. They'll need a little help from a few agile cows, if they want to stand a chance:

Dan, thank you so much for that movie title. I have seen that clip once upon a time but never knew where it was from.
