""This is the USS Windhelm, NCC-0621. A ‘Assistance Class' starship, this vessel works in response to starships needing extra help in the field that their onboard repair capabilities are unable to provide. Similar to logistics response and tow heavy vehicles that respond to downed 18-wheeler trucks of the 21st century, the USS Windhelm, when contracted, is capable of providing towing for even the heaviest modified Galaxy Class starships due to quad J2165 ‘Heavy Pull' tractor beams, boasts a rather expansive shuttle bay for rescue response vehicles and/or accepting lifeboats and escape shuttles. The name "Windhelm" is from an ancient city of kings in the noble province of Skyrim on the planet Nirn, a strong city that has seen wars and survived bravely, a city built to last, such as the starship. And seen war the Windhelm has, hence having had to replace the port warp nacelle."
