After a run of Naval and Desert games it was time to blow the dust off one of my older figure collections and bring out the 15mm Seven Years War boys.

Something that has been more of a figure collecting project than a gaming period (they have only been on the table 4 times in 20 years).

A simple up and at em game, I have included our orbats and pictures of the set up along with my first ever YouTube video run through of the table.

Full AAR to follow.

Figures are nice. Is that a water mat?

Very nice set up, great looking figures. I've been working on getting a decent army for this period for over 40 years, so I know what it's like. Currently I have armies in 15mm, 20mm and 28mm for this period. My problem has always come down to finding Horse that matches the infantry.

AICUSV,never give up !

Have you tried the 15mm Blue Moon range, Cav and Infantry fit very nicely together.

Nice 7 Years War 15s, but where are you getting the flags? If you say you are hand painting them I'm gonna go curl up inna corner and cry.

Ken – Thanks, I haven't given up that's why I have it in 3 scales. Majority of my 15mm horse is Old Glorys, with Essex, Frei Korps, Mini Figs, and some others. These amount for 25 units (with at least 6 more still to be painted ). Currently I'm focusing on my 28mms (focusing is the correct term – my eyes are shot).

v. Schwartz – many of my 15mm flags were "borrowed" from Kronoskaf and then reworked on my computer. See Der Alt Fritz posting TMP link
