Placed an order 5/18. Sent an email over a week ago and got a reply that the items hadn't come in but they should be sent out soon. A couple days ago I get a message from NWS on 6/10 that the items are shipped. Checked today 6/13 and the tracking number shows nothing is actually shipping.

I've ordered from NWS once or twice without too much of a delay. Had anyone else experienced these sorts of delays from them? I don't mind waiting, but it's been almost a month. Rather spend a little more and get my items sooner.

Thanks

The company may use a mailing app that sends you a message "Your Item Has Shipped" when the label is created, not when the items are actually posted. It can really be aggravating at times.

They may not be keeping as much in stock as they used to. They normally provide pretty good service when I've ordered from them.

My orders usually take 3-5 weeks to ship, based on their size. Doesn't bother me, as he is considerably less expensive than just about anywhere else, and he honors the Warlord deals and sales.

Also, you should be aware that if it is USPS they will tell you it is not tracking, but "delivery confirmation". I've had plenty of items not show in the system until they were delivered.

I have always had quick shipping when an item is in stock. As coopman suggested, less stock may be held now. For my last order, one item was not in stock but I received an email when the game was back in stock and I had the package a few days later.

I've had my problems with NWS but they get worked out in the end. Every order gets delayed and I usually have to make a number of inquiries before things arrive. I admit to being spoiled by the very fast delivery times for most vendors. I was about to give up on him but made a recent order as one last chance. If it takes weeks and phone calls then I'm afraid I will have to give up on NWS. His prices are very good but your order goes into a void with little or no communication unless you initiate it.

By contrast; I recently ordered 4 boxes of the old Wargames Factory 28mm Germans and Americans WWII from Dream Forge in Utah. They emailed me every step of the way including notifying me when my order was delivered. Fast service too.

Thanks.

I might take my business elsewhere, especially if I need/want something shipped in a more timely matter. His prices are top notch though!

That's the deal – his prices are just about unbeatable, so with some extra patience you can save some cash.

I have always had good service. They are always upfront if low on a specific item. For example I needed quite a few Zvezda Russian trucks and though in stock he didnt have as many as I needed. Let me know and ordered for me. And yes, maybe not as fast as some but you are paying for that fast delivery. If you can plan ahead then you can't beat their prices. Happy customer here.

I've never had an issue. He is always responsive to emails. Doesn't inflate his shipping charges and offers great value.
