A Russian Grenadier Sergeant's busch has a white top, with an orange stripe, he also has gold lace on the shako top, cuffs and collar. Would he also be wearing a NCOs pom-pom on his shako, or would that be just for Musketeer NCOs? Thanks.

Down in pompom and sword knots 1805 it looks to me it is a yes. But read it and see what you think.

Every infantry NCO had the same pompon.

It was divided diagonally into fourths. Alternate orange and black quadrants.
