Comments or corrections?

Has anyone placed orders with them since the beginning of May and had their orders ?

I placed my order 12th May and it just shows as processing, I have sent several emails and tried to phone them as well leaving messages all to no avail.

I know the company has been recently taken over but a reply at the least would be nice.

Have you tried contacting Grubby Tanks who took them over? From other posts there seems to have been some issues transferring the computer systems.

Contact Grubby via grubby tanks there is also a message on the Redoubt website explaining about the delays

I placed an Order on May 2nd. Have attempted to contact Grubby (I never answer inquires using the Contact us forms on his sites) Tanks. Made inquires through both websites. Will be putting in a paypal claim for a refund. He's clownshoes.

Also bear in mind that Andy attends most shows in the UK, from Southampton, which means he has to spend a lot of time travelling and loading/unloading as well casting etc.

I've wanted some Redoubt stuff but have held off hoping for better news. It doesn't seem to be coming.

Have spoken to Andy at grubby tanks


The engarde rules I ordered were OOS so he was waiting to get a copy in

Received my order on Saturday and happy to place another

I placed an order in March and never received the order. I received a refund via my credit card company.
My history with Andy has otherwise been excellent and hopefully he sorts out any business challenges and gets back on top of things.
