Cute cover! It looks a little more like a pulp cover than a comic book. There were a lot of very specialized pulps: the thing wouldn't be inherently impossible.

But my guess would be that it's not real. Either way, I should have heard of it, if not read it, and it's not showing up on searches where it should. Also, there are inherent contradictions. Magazines which are "now weekly!" have a date on the cover, not a month.

That said, not too bad as a satire of Planet Stories.
