Generals Shafter, Wheeler, Linares, Vara del Rey, and "Teethadore" (the latter afoot and mounted) are already available in 15mm via this link

The Spanish blockhouses, etc, are available in 15mm and 28mm as card stock kits through this link and the latter will work with the very lovely figures from 1898 Miniaturas, too.
