No, they do not as far as I know. If anyone did make one, it would be alternative armies. If you are doing a fantasy army rather than a historic character alternative styles might be worth checking out. Or you could greenstuff a 15mm Joan of Arc to have slashed pants. That's gotta be out there.

In 28mm some do, a few semi-reasonable and pricier, more of them are "cheesecake" though. Because a smurf sized doppelsoldner with lips as big as her fingers is what all red blooded wargamers want.
