It is published in hardback by Eglinton Books via Lulu.com and costs £14.99 GBP (ISBN 978 0 244 38509 5). link It will be on sale via Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other online retailers in the near future. |

Thanks for posting this. Can you post when the book becomes
available on Amazon or Barnes & Noble? For a long time I've
