Continuing the series in Hispania, the Later Visigoths (III/83a) meet the Early Byzantine (III/4b) for three games. Terrain selection is either arable or hilly as the actual campaigns took place in the provinces of Baetica and Iberia.

Byzantine cavalry can outperform the Visigoth nobles (3Kn). Knowing this, the Visigothic general must create a breakthrough at times to give the rest of his mounted force a slight advantage. Nonetheless, there are times when this does not always work.
