The rest of my question was …paint to use for FIW French justacorps? It's an odd color. Not white, not light gray, not khaki. Thanks for any input. |

Any old white-ish light grey will do. There was a lot of variation but a white-ish light grey just about covers them all. |

As for the actual question, the best non-white white I've ever found was the old Pactra Sub-frame white. |
