I ordered a few bits'n'pieces from Schilling Figuren in the past couple of weeks. The initial package arrived promptly (Germany to UK), although it was missing one item, the smallest part of the order, a single Cantiniere figure. A wee email was sent & a response received very quickly, apologising & stating that they'd send out the missing figure ASAP. I now have the missing figure a few days later & I'm very happy with the order in general, standard of figures and overall service. Well done guys A+. Best Regards Mike |
