Which Tuois are better,Copplestone or Eureka? I have some Eureka Portuguese so I guess the Eureka ones would fit better but I wanted others opinions. Mark |

If you want Tupi, then you should get the Eureka Tupi with the tonsure. Those more accurately represent the Tupi and related tribes during the time of the Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch conquests. Some Tupi had the "tuft" haircut, but generally speaking the bowl style haircut was not prevelant until much later with the Tupi peoples themselves. Granted if you are talking the Guarani tribes in central and Southern Brazil, you might be able to get away with the bowl style cuts better. These are the Indians depicted in the movie "The Mission." The Copplestone are more like Tapuia tribes. The Tremembe or Aimore would be well represented by these castings. |
