Looking for a good overall source book that contains uniforms.. Is Osprey the last word?

Thanks!!

The three Osprey volumes by Rene Chartrand are quite good. The older one, not so much.

Osprey is where to start.

Chartrand's books are excellent and are among the best of the Ospreys.

Agree – the Ospreys are good. There is also some good stuff on-line – worth a Google trawl.

Bill Rawkins has an excellent book on the Portuguese Army. Actually excellent books on most Napoleonic armies.

These Are what I have

If you can find the bottom two they are very good. The Infantry one lists every engagement of every Portuguese battalion.

Thank you everyone, I'll be sure to look for the Guerra Peninsular series, I have the Osprey's.
