DO they exist? Does any third party have them set up to print?

There are on demand printing shops that can print any cards you like. Google.

The main issue would lie with the unit cards; these will very according to which armies you are modelling, unless you go "Infantry 1", "Infantry 2" etc.

I have made up my own in PowerPoint, to be pasted on to blank playing cards bought on-line. The infantry units' cards show the flags carried by each regiment. I might explore whether the print shops can print directly on to the playing cards instead of pasting the images on.

The commanders were more work, although more fun. Once you have decided on your generals, search on the internet for images of them and then use a passport style image for each one. There seem to be to be far more portraits of Royalist officers about than Parliament officers so I ended up using a few anonymous stern faced guys in buff coats for some of them.

I also used the typeface 'Blackadder ITC' which gives a nice period appearance.
