Dan, My apologies. Although no one here has any way of knowing this, it is a running joke of my wife's that she is an alien due to her immigration status and that they are building the Wall to keep the other aliens out. So that was a family joke that should have stayed home o.0 |

Then you know joking about the word is just fine then. As for immigration, there are legal and illegal aliens. The wall is only for the illegal ones who happen to use that border to come through, regardless of where they really originate from. So you go ahead and keep joking about it. Well once ETs do land if they are friendly[or not !], there will have to be another "term" for them other than just "alien(s)" … For "legal", etc., purposes, etc. Something like ETs, NTIs, Xenos, etc. Or maybe just what they call themselves, e.g. Klingon, Jaffa', Orions, Vulcans, etc. There may even be a number of races if the "UFOlogists" are correct(?). Hopefully they will come in peace … otherwise it won't really matter anyway.
