Would British rifle regiments in the 1860's have drummers? If so, what colours would the drums be?

The regimental museum of the Royal Green Jackets might be able to help:

They were the descendants of the 60th (The King's Royal Rifle Corps) and the Rifle Brigade and are, themselves, now amalgamated into The Rifles.
