Armaments In Miniature sells two versions, one is the P-39D as shown in nnascati's reply and the other is the P-39Q with 50 cal MG's, both of which were used by Russia.

There are still some 1/144 scale F-Toys gashopon (pre-painted) P-39Qs left on eBay from a 2017 release: auction

The seller shoporiental has a rather amazing turnaround time for a Hong Kong merchant. I've ordered from them many times.

None of these are in Soviet regalia, but the French one should look perfectly Soviet with a different decal set. The eBay decal seller mehusla also has excellent turnaround time, though many of the decal sets they are selling are actually made by US companies I-94 Enterprises and Small Scale Specialties.

Axis and Allies makes this P39 in livery for Russian Lend Lease.
