Yes, I have just invested in this game after 1 playtest. |

I like how easy but engaging it could be. |

Btw in the internet age, any doubts about Stug turret or not, esp to a decently up to date brained kid would be no pb finding. Internet did put out of jobs those pesky doir to door encyclopedia sellers of old times ( and the EU forgot to make a law to protect this essential proximity jobs). I keep looking for planes and variants etc. as nowadays I am near completly lost in the new gear, for ex. |

Great report and game. Sounds a bit more busy than GF9's Tanks! game. But still simple fun. |

"Enjoyable frustration" – what an excellent description! In some Lardy games players are put off by what can be perceived as excess randomness for activation, movement, etc. But for some reason none of my friends complain about it in WaT. It seems to have found a happy balance. Mike |

Happy balance indeed. This game is a delight.. |

Yup, great fun to play. We've been shooting at each other for the last two weeks now and are going to continue for the near future. |

Nice write up indeed. As to a "purist" being aghast far from it. What a super way to try the game out at minimal cost. Great idea! In fact would make a super little kit for them to throw in some cheap plastic tanks. What a way to get folks into the hobby/period. |

Yes, a cheap toy kit would be a great idea.. perhaps the reason Gaslands is popular is because it uses cheap $2 USD Hot Wheels.. Lardies putting in cheap plastic could help sales. |

Sounds interesting. I have lots of 20mm tanks painted up for Rapid Fire. Is it strictly a two person game? Maximum 6 tanks? |

Nice report. Now as for those generic tanks you bought, they look remarkably like ones that were used in a boardgame from my childhood in the late 70s. One where the tanks rested on a grid that got pushed back and forth until they were over pegs you could push up to knock them out. |

And yeah it would be cool if they put it out with either some of those metal & plastic pre painted tanks or some simple kits like zvezda. |

Is it strictly a two person game? Maximum 6 tanks? No, it can be played by several people, each with one tank.We found it means a bit of sitting around waiting for your next activation, but it was quite fun watching the other guys struggle with managing their command dice! |

HI We had a 9 player game Friday in 15mm and everyone liked the rules. |

According to BGG, it's for 1-12 players. |

Played in a 5v5 game last year at Historicon and it went fairly fast. Even rolling for initiative was fun. |

I have three of those tanks, they are painted up as a Guards unit T34's They look ok and relatively well detailed |

Not played it yet but got the rules . It looks very good and could be ideal for those just starting out with perhaps only a tank or two in their collection. |
