I have been plotting to by some of the draugr from Gorgon Studios for my Vikings to fight. Since they are fantasy/folklore type figures, I hadn't worried about just how well they fit in with my Foundry, Old Glory, and Gripping Beast Vikings. However, I find my eyes drawn to Gorgon's Viking warriors and characters, like the thralls or Odin, and now I am wondering, just how well to they mix with my current 28mm Vikings. Does anybody know? Has anybody posted comparison photos on their blogs?

Thanks very much!

If you are mixing Foundry, Old Glory, and Gripping Beast (who has several different sculptors) I don't see there being any issue. I've got a few of them, mostly the undead guys, and I think one that's suppose to be an Earl or leader. To me they are kind of cartoony but very nice. Looking at extreme close ups on the web makes me think they don't go well with GB, but painted up they are probably fine. If you meet with CMH I could send my figs down with Lambert or Newport sometime so you could get a look.

Unfortunately, I'm down in Colorado Springs, and only get a chance to game with the CMH guys at Genghis Con. Sounds like the figures should work, though.

Thanks!
