Wow. Once ones that nice come out in plastic why would anyone buy them in anything else.

Looks not too bad. Now, will this be the same price as the Wargames Factory plastic chariots?

It's beautiful! I love how the wicker looks.

I hope it can be cast to look just as nice. (The Greek peltasts and the Greek unarmoured Hoplites sets were no where near as nice as the first Greek sets – very soft details – subsequent sets were much better. I'm not sure what happened to those two sets but they just were not moulded like the 3D renderings.)

Wmyers, the Greek Peltasts and unarmoured hoplites were the first foray into digital. We have learned and improved a huge amount since those sets a few years ago. Just look at the Early Imperial Romans if you want to see how crisp and detailed the models will be. What you see is what you will be getting.

Love it, hope to see more thoromachus style armour for the Celts too. Also hoping to see missile troops at some point.

Would also like to see some tubular style torcs as nobody seems to depict this common style of torc on their minis.

Not sure how the final product will come out as the 3d renderings? For example, how are the reins to be cast and inserted in the yoke etc?

Damion02 Nov 2018 1:56 p.m. PST

Soft plastic?
You can make hard plastic reins but they'd be super fragile.
Reins could be in two parts. One part goes between the bit and the terret ring. The longer part goes between the terret and hands of the driver.

Look forward to it coming out.

That is amazing.
