Printing Scenario Maps with Poster Software

You've got a scenario map, and you need to create some hills. Is there some way to just print out the map in very large scale, so you can trace the outline of the hills you need to build? The Editor finds out...

Recently I made some Jungle Terrain for Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago and wrote a post about the project. This terrain will also find use in Blood and Plunder and Bolt Action.

Thanks for the pictures and ideas. I use CDs for terrain but never thought of using CD cases. I threw away a bunch of them years ago, too.

I recommend going with brown for the CDs next time, not green. It will look more real.

I don't think that you need to trim the static grass. Jungles have long grass and vines and creepers, and the picture of the static grass with your comment about trimming it looked pretty realistic to me.

The courtyard is another great idea that I am going to steal.

Lots of good ideas above, I can use them for my Congo jungle Terrain. thanks.

I have made a little bit of jungle with aquarium foliage, I thought of it too shiny so I gave it a light misting of a matte green.

I've done similar terrain and it really improves a jungle battlefield. Using CD cases is something I also never thought to do, but will "steal" that idea in the future.

Good show!

I am so happy that you all have found the article entertaining and helpful. Bust of luck to you in your own creations.

Some really cool ideas for jungle terrain! thumbs up.

I would probably do the static grass differently. Too uniform in color and effect. Otherwise, nicely done!. I recently picked up a bunch of stuff to redo my own jungle terrain from Michael's.

Thanks,

John
