Flight Deck Decals 2400 | 25 Apr 2018 6:27 a.m. PST |
Looking for some feedback. I make 1/2400 scale naval deck and 1/600 aircraft roundel decals. Started out making decals because no one else was (or were not responding) and I needed them for my own collection. It just sort of expanded from there… Flightdeckdecals2400.com I have received several requests to scale down my 2400 to 3000 scale (WWII & Modern) CV deck decals. Apparently no one else is making them? I do not game in that scale and am not familiar with 3K manufacturers. I would need to purchase models to correctly size and scale the decks. Questions: 1. Do you think there would be desire from 3K naval community for CV deck decals? 2. Which manufacturer (NavWar, Davco, other) brand is most popular? I would need to choose 1 to scale to. Any input / feedback would be welcomed as it would be a substantial cost to purchase models for a scale I do not game in. Cheers, Dan |

Navwar is, I believe, the most popular. Probably because it is the largest and easiest 1/3000 to get. |

I would definitely be interested. 1/3000 is my naval scale. |

Hugely interested. And I would think Navwar would be the best choice for sizing and scaling, due to it's popularity. When I saw your 1/2400 stuff I was sad I wasn't going to be able to make my decks look that good. Now I have some hope. |
