Order listing on e-Bay. Review of same: Plastic Soldier Review The set sells for $14.95 USD, delivered, from Taiwan. You will receive 28 figures. The peasants are wearing clothes, not even Padded Armor! They're armed with Bear Spears, mostly. Great, very affordable, peasant troops. Average height is 24.5mm, so if you don't mind shorter Humans (under-fed, malnourished Peasants should be shorter…), these will work splendidly. The per figures cost is $0.53 USD. Cheers! |

Thought these guys looked great too. Bryan_ych is good to buy from. So is Rebelalpha (He has the 1/72 fantasy stuff as well). Might add these to my Russian knights (Zvezda) retinue. |

You really can't even use these with Ral Partha and RAFM figures, and don't even think about modern 28mm. |

That is because they are 1/72. You can't use ABs with modern 28s either |

I freely intermix. I view my figures at arm's length, and I realize that certain races of Humans, are shorter/smaller builds than others. If I only bought figures which matched perfectly in heights and body sizes, I would have very few figures for my armies. Many of my miniatures are 25mm scale. I use 1/72 Orcs and Goblins as they match up to the 1977 AD&D Monster Manual sizes compared to modern 28mm figures. It gives me a decent idea of what Gary Gygax intended the racial sizes to be back in the early days. I find that quite enlightening. To each their own. Cheers! |
