The beginning of a general refurbishment of my French Revolutionary period armies, long overdue as this collection started 20 years ago and as with all of us we get to know a bit more about a subject as time goes on. So as a bit of a prod to myself I thought I'd put this lot together:

I always pictured the army guillotines as mounted on a wagon so the executions could keep up with the troops! This is very nice (is that the right term?) however. |
