"While movie fans are currently buzzing over the silently scary A Quiet Place, a new trailer for A24's horror-hit-in-the-making Hereditary just dropped in all its blazing glory. The horror/drama earned its own buzzworthy status early this year when it premiered at Sundance, followed by an appearance just last month at SXSW. Now, it's poised to be a breakout hit to start off the summer season, and as this new trailer confirms, it's sure to bring plenty of chills and thrills.

Fans of the film have already drawn comparisons to horror icons like The Exorcist and Firestarter, though there are also hints of more contemporary twists on the genre like The Babadook and Under the Shadow, and it's plain to see that the Stranger Things effect is still in full swing. Hereditary will certainly be its own thing … a very, very creepy thing. The first atmospheric and adrenaline-pumping trailer introduced the family drama at the center of the horror film that drives the action and ratchets up the tension, and I'm happy to say this new trailer keeps that spirit intact…."

Plenty of over-hype. So the title of the review would seem to pan it, but the review is overly positive. Am I missing something?
