Hi, clever and knowledgeable TMPers, I need a five or six 'flock of blackbirds' type miniatures for an upcoming Call of Cthulhu game, and don't quite know where to look. A few of the 'toy gaming' soft plastic figure ranges offer flocks of bats on little clear stands, but I'm unaware of anything similar for blackbirds or crows. Please advise me where I should look for such miniatures. Thanks in advance, Chick |

I use the Zombicide crows. Really good looking and just crows without tombstones or other ground paraphanalia. |

Bad Squiddo Games just ran a kickstarter for Shieldmaidens. In there, she includes sculpts for some new animals, including crows. They are currently shipping to KS backers (so I hear), so they should become commercially available pretty soon. I'm standing in line. link |

I made mine with paper cutouts of bird silhouettes( Viewed from above) painted black or as gulls with just black tipped wings. Curved the paper by folding them in a vee shape from beak to tail and supergluing them to 2 inches of dry fine brass wire gotten from my saw blade packet wraps. I superglued about five or six to a penny and bent the wires into a swirling flock. Took very little le time and with the two foot rule look great. |
