Seeing several nice new releases, but not a lot of activity here on TMP or elsewhere. There must be people playing somewhere, but checked my local store and plenty of BA and some Konflikt on shelves …. no Antares. Is there a forum or something outside of Warlord, with some AAR's or something. Would like to sell some of my GW and maybe get into it.

There's batreps on youtube. Beasts of War even did some.

Yes. I did find a few, but nothing like the number I'd expect. I guess I'm spoiled with all the 8th. Ed. stuff out there that I have been watching and was expecting more. It is a relatively new game comparatively and would take some time to compete. They need more stuff in plastic though to lower the entry cost at least. I do love the models and concept so I am tempted.

I like the look of the Isorians, especially the bio-vehicles, but there are no plastic troops. Any word of any in the pipeline?

I just started to get into Antares and love it.

I have a good amount of Antares figures (NiB), rules, and 1 supplement(?) that is part of a friend's estate that we are disposing of. I can make an inventory of what's available.

We are looking to get 40% of retail as a donation to his grandchildren's college funds. I can ship to folks in the US.

I was thinking of this very thing the other day. Steady stream of new releases to a pretty vast catalog of existing product. A lot of support by Warlord Games and the game doesn't seem to be going away. Nothing in the way of seeing any activity with it, however. Strange.

The Antares Nexus website is the best place for al;l Antares support- loads of great stuff on there.

This Nexus post is useful: link

This search is also useful: YouTube link

If you're looking for a podcast look no further than Tim Bancroft's The Freeborn Shard.

Hope that helps.

Neal, I'd be interested. You can send list to leading At yahoo Dot com since you don't have supporting membership.

That's right… I forgot about the membership thing.

LeadJunky – "leading" didn't seem to work.

Dang auto correct should be leadjunky instead of leading.

In terms of player activity, have a look at the Facebook group Beyond the Gates of Antares (IMTel). Appreciate that Facebook isn't for everyone but that's where the Antarean action is.
