Just a quick note to let you know why things are running a little slow this week. First, it's income tax time.  Second, Editor Dianna's laptop died, so she's off work until it's replaced. Which means I'm doing Hobby News by myself. Third, Editor Gwen is in the process of relocating to a safer location, and doesn't yet have a regular internet connection. So, yes, I'm doing her job this week, too. Just like the good old days when TMP was a one-man show! |

To give some idea of what laptops go through in the tropics: extreme heat, humidity, and bugs (literally! tiny ants). Dianna's laptop is actually rusty, and the ports are loose. And it was already on its 2nd keyboard. Meanwhile, Editor Gwen's laptop went into the shop recently, had some repairs, and seems to be OK, despite having been caught in several floods over the years! |

Federal return goes in the mail today; state return
tomorrow. I don't owe (thank goodness !) but getting a much smaller

Hang in there, Bill. I can only imagine what the humid tropical weather would do to a laptop. It was hard enough on Military Gear. Hope your editors get squared away and that you can at least get some sleep! |
