Nearly done with Episode 4. Quite good – performances, costumes are excellent. Slightly slow in the pacing, but I'll live. I've not read the book so can't compare. How are you liking it? |

Been recording them. According to IBDM, lots of men on men 'action', rape scenes, nudity and language that one would expect on a Naval vessel…. Is that true? I know it's on AMC, I'm just curious if they're pushing the envelope….. |

I'm reading the book at the same time,series and book are coming from different angles. Its my understanding that they located the wrck of the real HMS Terror 2 years ago. |

PzGeneral – I can recall one suggestive scene so far but nothing graphic. (unless you mean the latest flogging, which struck me as more terrible than salacious) YMMV but in my opinion all the mature elements have been organic to the plot, characters, setting. Not gratuitous. So far, anyway. |

Currently showing on BBC2 in UK, gave up watching after 4 episodes. No suspense, no tension, no terror. |
