Viewed from a distance it was almost possible to dislike Renaul the Ever Bloody. She was a force of destruction unlike no other that had visited the Realm of Hysh before.

Her hatred of magic was unquenchable, she thrived on violence, but in periods of rest and to her men she was remarkably charismatic.

The Gaunt Summoner known as Harrow Caller looked into his scrying mirror and thought that it didn't hurt her cause that she was almost painfully beautiful.

It did hurt his cause though and he was determined to bring about her death and the destruction of the army of brass and blood she had gathered about her.

His attempts to reintroduce the worship of Tzeentch into this part of Hysh had been opposed at every turn by Renaul. She had torn down so many temples and destroyed so many artifacts that she was quickly going from being known as the Ever Bloody to the Iconoclast.

So far the Harrow Caller had managed to keep the location of ruins of the Luminescent Library a secret. He had spent some time there weaving spells and enhancing the already formidable sorceries that existed.

Now it was time a little birdy told the the Queen of the place. She would be guaranteed to come and the Harrow Caller would be glad to throw her a welcoming party that would remove her as a piece from his gameboard permanently.

We will be doing an Age of Sigmar demo game at Phantom of the Attic in Pittsburgh this Sunday, April 15 starting at 1 p.m.

The game will feature the forces of Khorne pitted against Tzeentch.

The Rules will be taught so you don't need to know anything to play. All the figures, dice, terrain etc. will be there so you don't need to bring anything to play.

Any questions PM me here or see pota-oakland.com/games

I recommend against using the acronym "AoS" for this game, as that already means "Age of Sail" all over the Internet. "AoSig" might be more distinctive, and is actually kinda cool.

PS: I'm not a fantasy gamer, but those look like some nicely painted figures to me. Kudos to the painter.

Age of S***? ….just a thought ;-)

Actually, and I'm saying this as an Age of Sail guy that owns Napoleonic naval stuff in three scales, there are probably a lot more people knowing AoS as Age of Sigmar than as Age of Sail.

Actually the American Orchid Society ranks above both in a Google search

Maybe I should demo that then. Do you have a copy of rules for it?

I don't know why that would have any appeal. You can only paint your miniatures by putting 3 ice cubes of watered-down paint on them every couple of weeks.

Looks like great fun, I miss Jeff and the gang at POTA. Nice AAR, thanks.

Very cool. I like the white scheme on the Khorne guys. Never seen that before.

I did my Bloodletters in bone colour too. He is the lord of skulls as well as blood . . .
