So I made a very small order to Redoubt to bolster some command figures. Andy saw to it to include an extra figure for me. I know this is a small gesture but it is a very welcome addition and a great way to maintain customer rapport. Thanks to Redoubt….great service. |

Interesting! My Redoubt order was placed and acknowledged and my credit card debitied on 24 February. I have heard nothing from Andy since, despite sending him a couple of email reminders. Not great service. |

This is one of those companies I keep an eye on. Seems to me there have been some serious issues with their customer service over the past year or so. It's a shame, as they really have some nice products. |

Yeah, I've been holding off to see if things have changed. I think I'll keep waiting. |

There are facts that even Andy will agree with: i) he just took over the company ii) the stock was not what he expected (not sure how that happened but whatever) iii) there have been logistic problems. But, in the end, he is coming through on the orders. So don't paint Heaven, but it is not Hell. I think he will come through. IronDuke596 -- I did make inquiry through my credit card company and I wonder if that did not move things along. I reiterate -- I like the line; I am hoping the best for Andy; I really want him to deliver. |

Esquire; yes I also truly wish Andy to succeed with his acquistion of Redoubt. I like the figures too. However, to quickly accept my money through a Redoubt web page that described products for sale, implies that they are indeed for sale. If indeed the figures/molds were not availble (previous thread)then the site should not been active and transactiosn should not been accepted. Most importantly, the communication failure is inexcusable. I will give Andy another week and then take CC recovery action. |

I have a friend in Ottawa that has been chasing an order from Redoubt since March 2018. He informed them that he was going to put a dispute in with PayPal and immediately had an answer that his order would be shipped by the following Friday. Nothing has arrived and no replies from Redoubt. |

Hi all. Try and remember the old management/s of Redoubt. Pretty poor. Think of what a guy who already runs both Grubby and Britannia has to do to get up to speed with a business that was in disarray for years. I avoided them for a decade if I could. I ordered at shows, and even then… IronDuke, consider that it would take longer to go through all the ranges on the web and mark what is NOT available than it would take to make them available! I don't endorse lack of communication, but if you have nothing to say….He has to fulfill the orders he CAN fulfill first. That produces something called money. Some small manufacturers prioritise small orders because they are easier to fulfill, and more people leave them alone! Others prioritise large orders because of the value. They get better income, but more stick from someone in Idaho who ordered just 4 dwarf drummers or whatever. EVERYBODY prioritises. |
