I like the look of this, very useful for holding various miniatures as I paint them. "So the idea was to have a painting stand that opens with simple pressure, customizable and also to choose the color of my painter's stand." link |

So…. exactly like the GW one? Holy hell shipping makes this very unattractive to US buyers (or even non-French) |

Slightly different than GW at it has a lever in the handle to open the spring. Seems derivative though. Unusual in that it's more expensive than GW. |

It's probably more expensive because the creator assumes and will make fewer units than the GW model. I'm more interested in the "arch" model that has the finger rest, myself. |

Not that saying that everyone should speak English but in the world of commerce he is being rather brave doing a French language only kickstarter. I do speak a little French and can read French a little better so I get the basic gist. My thoughts – looks to be a nice, well designed product, the price isn't too bad 10€ for two black ones or 12€ for two coloured ones, but the shipping is expensive, €15.00 EUR to Europe, really. And of course aimed at those painting single figures rather than armies, and although it will hold smaller scales it seems better suited to 28mm or higher |
