Any one know good source for pontoon boats. I can scratch build the bridge just not the boats. I have 20mm but I guess the smallest possible 25mm or 28mm will be close enough.

HaT makes a Napoleonic pontoon bridge wagon in 1/72nd scale plastic.
Airfix makes a Bailey Bridge in hard plastic in 1/72nd scale with larger more modern boats.

I used the Imex Conestoga Wagons as bridge pontoons, 1/72nd scale. link

Fife and Drum sells both the pontoon wagon with a pontoon or packs of pontoons only can be purchased.

The wagon would be too big for 20mm but I think that the pontoons would work in that scale.

For 15mm, Minifigs had a nice wagon with a couple of boats in their French Napoleonic line.

14Bore,Hallmark (Magister Militum) Freikorp 15 (TSS/QRF), Minifigs and Roundway (in the Marlborough range) all do pontoons in 15mm. The Minifigs ones are the biggest but I like the Freikorp ones best as they have more inside detail. Hallmark do windlasses and wheelbarrows too.

Westfalia Miniatures make pontoon boats & bridges in 1/72 scale, range is Napoleonic but wouldn't think they changed much in 50 years.
