Rather interesting perspective in that list. Given the number of battles featuring Islam chosen and the lack of other battles that didn't, not the list I'd have compiled. |

Not uninteresting, BUT….The Moghul Empire ruled India until 1858???? No significant Chinese battle? None of the great 'Imperial' battles of the 19c? |
