Strange, they're usually very quick to respond. Perhaps you're stuck in the spam filter for some reason? You could try their phone number, +46 8 645 1010. They're open 10-19 on weekdays and 11-16 on weekends. |

Possibly spam filter then….I'll see if I can dig out another non-general email address from their website first, or try Facebook to get round the need for an international phone call.

Just thought I would come back and report. After trying their info@ address a few times and deciding I must be in a spam filter, I registered and managed to raise Dennis@ on his direct email and got the answers I needed…order went in and despite them saying their remote store items normally took about a week longer had my miniatures inside a week!
