well this might help narrow your search

Only season one was in B&W

and some of the season 1 episodes synopsis seem to fit a big headed freak like that but alas no pictures

Lol. For some of us growing up … every season was in B&W!

Looked it up. This is Tycho of the criminal organization-Raven. The episode was a two-parter. The only two-parter of the series, according to IMDB.

This may be a B&W photo just for publicity. This show was shot in 1969,according to IMDB.

Dan +1: Every season was in B&W for me too. In the mid to late 70s, we went from a little B&W portable set w/ rabbit ear antenna to a large color TV with a phone in it. AND… we got cable. Yeah baby, livin' the 'merican dream.

I know it's not the same actor but, when I first saw that Wild Wild West picture, it reminded me a little of this guy from Outer Limits.

Dan-
I don't know this character's name but I do believe he is the "Head" of the science dept.

I'm with you Dan. We didn't get color tv until the mid 80's.

Yeah, I was thinking the "Sixth Finger" too…. lol Of course the premise that a 6th finger is evolutionary doesn't jive with me so much. If anything, less might be evolutionary. But then for musicians, I do get a 6th finger would be quite handy. Just think if Jimi had 6 fingers?😎
