I don't generally complain, but to advertise on thing and then deliver another is unacceptable. I do make many orders over the internet and most generally receive products in a timely, as advertised, manner. I ordered from Frontline Gaming (FLG) their Ocean 1 gaming mat. On their website, FLG advertised the Ocean 1 gaming mat as "In Stock" and delivery "5-7 business day." That did not happen. I ordered the mat on 12 March, and the mat was not delivered to FedEx until 23 March. Now FedEx is telling me the delivery will be on 30 March. Hardly 5-7 business days delivery. I have notified through the FLG "review this product" on their website that I posted this thread. link Obviously, since I have not received the mat yet, I cannot report on the quality of the mat. End of rant. Thank you for listening. John |

S.O.P. for Amazon. In stock, ships within 24 hours but actually ships a week or two later. |

S.O.P. for Amazon. In stock, ships within 24 hours but actually ships a week or two later. One of the main reasons I drastically cut down my purchasing from Amazon. |

Everytie Amazon ships late I contact their Customer service and complain It does not solve the problem but I end up getting an additional month to my Prime Membership The problem with Amazon is that the product you want may not be available in the distribution centre that serves your area That is not shown in the original listing. Amazon needs the extra time to get it from the Centre of origin yo your area generally putting it outside of b normal delivery items This is particularly true for specialty items like gamimg stuff. |

I've never had a problem with Amazon, but some of their sellers seem to be in glacier movement mode. |

No problem with Amazon and we order a lot of stuff. There are some of the third party suppliers though that can suck but you can usually see that ahead of time and plan accordingly. |

I have had a few things over the years not ship in the prime window. More often I have seen things listed as prime that are NOT prime when I get to the shipment page, still says prime but it is prime something or other – if the shipping will be too long I delete them from the cart then and there. |

Am I missing something? The OP's post was about Frontline Games. Why is Amazon involved in this at all? BTW: I'm not being snarky, I'm genuinely puzzled by how this thread turned into an Amazon complaint. The OP's link goes to Frontline's website, not Amazon… So am I missing something? |
