I can imagine trying to paint these in Mignola's very Kirbyesque style: a lot of black in the recesses with very bright highlights. |

I hope they've improved their casting material – Mantic can make some nice-looking figures, but all the ones I've ever gotten from them were brittle and very difficult to work with. |

I got their Dungeon Saga game, and the figures are all preassembled, and the plastic quite soft and definitely not brittle. A few had bent weapons or legs, but just dipped them in hot water, and they were fixed really easily The detail isn't as good as, say, resin, but it's not bad. About as good as the new Battlefront plastic infantry. |
