Anyone making drones, helos, UAV in 28mm? I'm thinking of the little ones you can buy anywhere, that terrorists, criminals and government agencies / military are using.

Empress figs are amazing! I think the drones are a bit too plain looking [no pun intended].

How about the little helicopters used commercially? I see them at sporting events, I hear they use them for terrorist operations also.

For helicopters, look for 1/700 scale (might be too small, though) or 1/500 scale. Pretty sure they might be sold as extra aircraft sets for aircraft carrier kits…

Kings Hobbies and Games has both a Raven UAV (no operator) and a MH-6 Little Bird that has crew, riders, and dismounts. I haven't bought these yet but they are on my list and look awesome.

Spectre has an operator with a wrist mounted tablet I was thinking for a UAV controller as well.
